has to be send by mail to the karatestagelux@gmail.com before 25th May 26.

• The participants need to participate at least at 5 courses.
• All participants need to have a valid 2026 individual JKA license.
• Be in possession of their JKA WF/JKA HQ passport.
• Please note: No handwritten form will be accepted.
• Transfer the “INSCRIPTION QUALIFICATION FEE” of 45 €
  to the bank account SHOGUN CLUB before 20th May 2026.
• NOT refundable.
• Approval letter from the leader of your JKA association
• Copie of your JKA qualification card

REGISTRATION PASSED DAN /QUALIFICATION AT JKA HQ TOKYO

Exam fees must be paid in advance when registering online.
These fees are not refundable in the event of absence or failure of the exam.

If you pass the exams, the registration fees must be paid before
Friday 20th March 26 at 6 p.m. (deadline).

After this period, success in the exam will be canceled.

The registration fees cover the administrative follow-up of your file,
bank fees (exchange commissions and €/¥ transfer.
