Terms and conditions for the seminar (contractual clause)

1. Cancellation and replacement

   If the event is cancelled and the sensei or announced speaker is unable to perform, the organiser will refund the full amount paid within 60 calendar days of the cancellation date, by bank transfer or in cash (not by credit card). However, if a substitute speaker is appointed, the sums paid will be retained and no refund will be granted.

2. Travel and accommodation

   All travel, accommodation, meals and any other personal expenses related to participation in the seminar are the sole responsibility of the participants. The organiser assumes no responsibility for these costs under any circumstances.

3. Restaurant reservations and official meals

   Reservations for restaurants and official meals related to the event cannot be refunded from 7 days before the event date, due to preparation costs and restaurant reservation commitments.

4. Responsibility and insurance

   Participants take part in the seminar under their own responsibility. Each participant confirms that they are physically fit to practice martial arts and must have their own personal accident and liability insurance. The organiser cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during the seminar.

5. Respect of dojo rules and instructions

   Participants must follow the instructions of the sensei and organisers at all times and respect the rules of the dojo and the training venue. The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Photos and videos

   Photos and videos may be taken during the seminar for documentation or promotional purposes. By participating in the seminar, participants agree that images or videos in which they may appear may be used by the organiser for communication or promotional purposes.

7. Schedule changes

   The organiser reserves the right to modify the seminar schedule, training sessions or venue if necessary due to organisational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Equipment and personal belongings

   Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. The organiser cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage.

9. Minimum number of participants

   The organiser reserves the right to cancel the seminar if the minimum number of participants required for the event is not reached.

10. Compliance with local regulations

    Participants must comply with all safety rules and regulations applicable at the venue and follow the instructions of the organisers at all times.

11. Animals

    Animals are not allowed to remain in the training area or in the seminar facilities during the event.
